I’m Dani—nurse, fitness coach, yoga teacher, wellness mentor, and someone who’s surrounded by unfinished projects and laundry begging to be folded. After years in healthcare (and a lifetime of feeling a little off-center), I now offer fitness and yoga classes for anyone who’s never quite fit the mold or just wants to find wellness with a community that feels as bold and colorful as they are.

Whether you’re a lifelong yogi, a skeptic, or someone who’s only ever seen yoga on Instagram, you’re welcome here. We’re not about perfect poses, silent studios, or pretending to love green juice. We’re about movement that feels good, playlists that don’t put you to sleep, and a vibe that’s more “come as you are” than “look the part.”

Yes, we’ll do some asana (the postures), but we’ll also explore the parts of yoga that actually help you feel better in your real, messy, colorful life. No pressure to chant, no need to own a single pair of matching leggings, and absolutely no requirement to take yourself too seriously.

Bring your quirks, your doubts, and your best “this is weird” face. Let’s see what yoga can do for you—even if you never thought it was your thing.

Around here, we call it movement—not exercise. TBH: “exercise” isn’t exactly known for being punk rock or edgy, but moving our bodies is what helps us stay that way. We are meant to move, but life throws all kinds of curveballs—time, pain, disability, fear, fatigue—everyone’s got something. That doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to feel good in your body.

We’ll work together to create a movement routine that actually fits your life (and maybe even makes you look forward to it). No drill sergeants, no “no pain, no gain” nonsense—just movement that feels good, is fun(ish), and gives your mind and body the boost they deserve.

Let’s find what works for you, celebrate what your body can do, and leave the guilt and perfection at the door.

pre/post natal coaching

each trimester comes with some major adjustments; I don’t think we comprehend that reality until it slaps you in the face and you’re in the trenches. There’s a lot of confusing and nonsensical information out there about movement during pregnancy; through our movement and birth program we will explore the changes you are or have experienced, how to adjust your mental load and expectations of your body and mind, and most importantly how to feel good in your body that is doing some seriously amazing work by growing that thing in there.
